Go HERE and enter in this address into the Translate Website tab. http://doga.jp/2004/programs/dogal/dogal3/download.html and DOGA Beta Site Set to translate from Japanese to English and click ok - if it fails, try again. If not download L3 210 or L3 210 T or both. L3 210T has High Res objects and rendering ability.

It might be a good idea to make a textures pack as well... I've noticed a lot of shipsets using the same old textures which are frankly getting kind of boring, no offense Atrocities
edit: BTW, what kind of parts would anyone need? It's pretty easy for me to whip something simple up in Wings, and a while back I wrote a program that would let me convert .obj files to Doga's native part format, so if I can find that program...
