2 artillery (screen) related bugs in WinSPMBT 2.0

First of all, any feedback is welcomed and you aren't wasting my time.

Secondly, the first time I tried to confirm your remark, (I think) that I also experienced the same "rocket artillery" issue, but since then... I haven't been able to reproduce it.
