Black Eagle's main gun

I doubt that the South Koreans will have the Black Eagle. At least not in 2006.

However it is IMO one of the best armored tanks in the game, because front hull armor of 70 is comparable to turrets 69, and you can be sure that it´ll stop that first shot of pen 68, whether hitting the hull or turret. (A Leo 2A6-ex wouldn´t, maybe too many hull hits in the game?)
