I have been having high hopes for the shipment for the past few days, and suddenly I realized the only sole reason is this post:

I received an automated email from them saying my credit card has been accepted, which I think means they shipped my order now, since they were supposed to charge the card only after they received the game.
I even had a dream about recieving the game . Unfortunately the dream was so lifelike I was quite really dissapointed for hours after waking up

Shipped for me too, I guess the card validation email did signify some change after all.

I am getting scared. The order status says "Waiting Card Validation" though I have already recieved the "Your credit card was accepted" message from them.

We have contacted Tuxgames and brought this thread to their attention. Hopefully we'll be able to identify the problem and have it resolved quickly. If you would like for us to inquire about a specific order on your behalf, please send me a pm with the details. Thank you all for your patience.

Your fears should soon be over! I finally got my copy from Tuxgames yesterday. I'm in the UK so hopefully it's just shipping time for you to worry about now...

There wasn't even a "sorry for the delay" card, so you can bet I won't be using Tuxgames ever again.

Unless Tuxgames is out of stock AGAIN. There could be not enough left for me, especially that Dom3 page says 'Temporarily out of stock' now.
