Age in new Monsters
	
			 
             
			
		
		
		
		I've tried a number of combos like: 
#startage 20 
#maxage 100 
or 
#startage 50 
#maxage 100 
or 
#startage 200 
#maxage 1000 
 
and every unit starts with old age like: 
age 2 
oldage 2 
 
This means they age very rapidly and over the next 24 turns they accumulate handicaps and die. 
 
How can I get this age thing to work?  Should I be doing this in turns instead of years-- 
 
#startage <12*20> 
#maxage <12*100>
