Unreachable Province ???

But will the juggernauts spread dominion outside that province? I don't think so...

A good place for an astral or air nation research center, but hard to take as army teleport spells don't work.

(Granted, by that stage, one more province should make little difference...)

Yes the location would be great if it was somehow captured early... say a strong pretender with easy researched buffs. And then a castle to recruit commanders for researching and then some domes to protect the province.

Or mercenaries. They seem like the easiest way to take the province.

EDIT: Nevermind. Wasn't thinking. Mercenaries can only be teleported into already allied provinces.
