Resource bonuses and system-wide facilities

I brought up this question a while back and found out the following:
-local facilities of different types do add up. (eg, mineral scanner and robotoid factory)
-local facilites and system-wide facilies do add up.(eg. system Mineral Scanner and a local robotoid factory)
-system-wide facilites DO NOT ADD up. (eg. System Mineral Scanner and System Robotoid Factory).

In regards to Religious facilites I don't know. I did some tests of the standard facilites.

Really? I thought someone proved that local facilities DON'T add up. In fact, they were disappointed that they spent lots of research points on Minerals level 4 (after researching computers & getting the Robotoid Factories), and ended up getting nothing useful for the trouble.

If local facilities DO stack, I may have to rethink some of my research strategies...

Accoring to my tests, the local facilies do add up. But I think I may have done that test under 1.41... can't quite remember. I'll do another test and report back.
