Does damage from a F9 bless stack with D9 ?

Hmm, does the affliction "proc" even if the enemy takes no damage ? I thought that damage needs to be caused in order for afflictions to be caused.

Due to this the main point about D9 was the +2AN for me. And either making "sure" that the +6AP will hit or - if the +6AP counts as a different attack - that there is another chance for afflictions from the same attack (maybe even up to 3 if each attack is resolved seperatly).

Except vs. giants I would have been fairly comfortable with F9/W9, but vs. them I was looking for a little more bang for the buck
