Re: Victory Condition
I figured that in WOOF, the victory condition is 5 out of 12, and that is working out well for an interesting game that will probably eventually win with a "real" victor opposed to a draw.

Re: Victory Condition
5 out of 14 seems indeed enough, this way you cannot turtle + build up forever but are eventually forced to fight .

Yea. WOOF's a good guideline I reckon, 5 capitals is pretty tough to get, yet not impossible.

Re: Victory Condition
Wraithlord sent me an email supporting 6 VP's.
Migaaresno supports 5.

Re: Victory Condition
I think 5 is plenty. It should help avoid the tedium of the very late game, yet it's also enough to prevent any instant-wins: since the VPs are securely in capitals, you need to fight for every single one of them.

Re: Victory Condition
I think the majority of players who have chimed in voted for 5 VP. So, I will change it to that.

Map Setup
The map setup looks interesting. No one is right next to another player, but almost no one is far from neighbors.
