Number #4 is for me the most important. I hate looking every planet in a system to see if there are a System Mineral Scanner already (For example)

9. Open source SEIV to the community so we can really mod it and include all the things we want in it.(after you have made your required money off it)

This would be an excellent initiative. Why not open Space Empires's I,II and III source?

Also, I request for the next Version Space monsters (See the excellent ideas of Heman in this thread) and open-ended tech levels(Forun thread)

Isn't there something like that already in the colonies window, under the facilities button? It lists each type and quantity of facility for each planet; sort them by name and it isn't that hard to figure out if a system has facility x in it...

My workaround for this is, rename the planet like Sol III [FS] for FATE SHRINE and Empire Settings- Display Planet Names. All you have to make sure is that the name does not get too long for the build queue.

"rename the planet like Sol III [FS] for FATE SHRINE and Empire Settings- Display Planet Names."

Doing that in multiplayer would be bad for your planet's health..

1. move to Button or option for drones
2. merge fleet & merge Group Buttons
3. AI to be more aggressive in using planet
invasions
4. Simplified stat screen where it shows total
losses for you and other AI/players, where
don't have to go each indiviual ship, but
you would see the total DN's, CA,s etc
5. AI have counter defensive strategies/
formations to help against human players
6. Sats to have ability to be moved over planet
indiviualy or by Groups instead of all located
in 1 place
7. planet defenses to have longer range then a
ship
8. Inaccurate/false/deceptive readings on opponet
in diplomacy sceen as to capabilities,
strength, etc, unless either higher tech in
intel or partnership is realized/obtained
9. Monster type race/s (swarm etc)

just some ideas mac
