The average sound effect would be from a weapon of some sort. I don't know how slow your computer draws weapon fire and explosions, but in my experience most weapons take less than 0.5 seconds to fire, and even WMGs or dead-ship-exploding sequences only take 1.0 second.

Doing stellar manipulation might take 2-3 seconds...
