Derb, good question. I strongly suspect the answer is an absolute Niet as I hgave never been able to get the mines to attack allies

If any whizzo modda out there knows how to do this, I would like to know myself.

Nothing annoys me quite so much as the friendly imperium on my left blank being discourteous and sending colony ships into my space
