Well I did the Aquilaeian and Pyrochette aggressive, because wanted they could be more hard for human players (with peaceful ones, is more ease exchange colonization tech, or a colony ship for some useless frigates, and also, is more easy to betray them).
The only way to have peace with them is:
1) Have the luck to don't be the first to do contact with them.
2) Don't send ships or colonize planets in systems claimed/colonized by them.
3) Try to don't sign a Partnership treaty with them (if they know how many planets and ships you have, they will start to get angry...).
