Doesn't help me with the dozen I have alraeady GOR'd though. guess I need to designate a province as the Asylum, and send them all there until needed.

It's a sad day. All my Tartarians have shattered souls now, although hopefully the will carry out their previous orders. Then, it's off to Arkham Asylum for them.
