Hi:

I am gonna be making some last minute tweaks to the map. I think the island starting positions are a bit too isolated. So, I am going to add some sea port provinces. I will let everyone know when the "final" version is available.

While you're at it, fix the name on prov 244 - Pohjois-Karjala, no n at the end.
