After some testing, I must say I have a hard time to notice any difference in the poison clouds area with or without quickness.

I tried with small numbers and grid and it seems a censer does a 2-3 squares of poison cloud per strike regardless of the bless

It's hard to tell with huge numbers because of the "fog" of war

They still move and strike faster which is never bad, but enough to justify it over better scales or other bless?
A W9 dragon isn't the worst thing you can have awake.

True.
And while I'm dubious that water is their best bless, adding to it a much needed awake SC would go a long way toward securing the early game.

yeah as skaven you are ok for late game power and have decent magic diversity so a rainbow is not really needed (though always nice to have.) what you really need is either something awake to get you through the difficult early game or perhaps a dormant titan that can provide a decent bless and some midgame combat power.

Sombre:

Random ideas:

Bloodflies. Essentially same as swarm. Except sacred, and eather a 1B1H summon. Or 1B2H, 1B3H...

Hero: Lord of the Flies. Minor Godling.

Why bloodflies are cool: Make bloodcurse interesting. Summoning 20 of these at a pop, each with a MR resist death curse...

Plus, they would distract enemy archers, giving skavens a thematic way to not be abused by archer fire. Lots of casualties.

A Horned Rat pretender would be really nice also, probably based on the verminlord chassis?
Pretty thematic
