A unit w/Heretic acts like the Stone Idol; basically, it's like they're a priest of a one nation preaching in different nation's dominion (and thus lowering it.) The difference is that they always have the effect (i.e. you don't need to specify "apply heresy" or something) and it applies to your own dominion as well (so you don't want a stack of them in your capitol, unless you've got really bad scales or something.)

You haven't looked hard enough. Heretic is there, has been ever since the icon came available. Look up Leo, Sceptic or Epoptes for example. |
Like Gregstrom, I'm using the Excel version, and I can't seem to find it either, in either the AllUnits or BaseU tabs.
