The ATGM Section (Pansarvärnsrobotgrupp) was normaly a 6 or 7 man section, but in addition to the ATGM launcher it carried a LMG and a Grg (Carl Gustav RR). If one wanted to portray such a formation crew 2, ammo 2 would not be unresonable for the ATGM team IMHO...
The Soviets (and clients) have this with sagger teams already - an RPG is carried by the missile team to cover the minimum range of the ATGM. About 4 men AFAIR with 4 missiles and 4 RPG rounds.

2 round ATGM teams are a pain for the human to resupply, and the AI simply wont. One major reason for the ~4 round ATGM load 'standard'.

Your formation could be done with a formation consisting of a standard load 4 round ATGM team, paired with a 3-4 man size 0 security team equipped with LMG and a MAW.

True, I suppose, unless a size 0 unit with both LAW and MAW weapon slots is deemed too strong...?

Not sure if applies but W Germany uses 6 man ATGM squads in Marder/Puma formations, size 1 3 ammo for ATGM if I remember correctly.

Those are pzgr mech inf with a MILAN, not inf-AT.

There is no particular reason to have MAW or ATGM as separate teams as non slot 1 weapons if the OOB designer does not want to do it that way. (Inf SAM not in a proper team can be a problem with e.g. EW (they must have 0, which is fine for people untrained with SAM I think) and not reaction firing if not a proper inf-SAM element - default max range is the slot 1 rifle.)
