as per the consensus, I've found a sub. now it looks like mari is back in the game.

What has he said on the matter? I assume with all this sub talks he's said atleast SOMETHING about it to anyone. If he stalls again it'll be number 4 which is basically saying 'I quit'

I'm leaning on giving it to the sub. If he refuses to say anything then give it to the sub since he's obviously too busy. if he says Yes I can stay in it was all coincidence etc then let him keep it.

told the sub I'd get back to him in 24 hours. that should give us some time to sort this out...
