I'll look at the HMMWV's but none of the various speeds we use strays outside of the range of speeds from various sources that rate the speed for that vehicle and the difference between 24 and 27 is one (1) Hex of cross country movement and don't you think that maybe all the extras added to the HMMWV to make it an Avenger might alter it's speed somewhat more than a what a blanket statment that the speed shall be 24 for armoured and 27 if not would cover ???. If the range was 18 - 30 I could see your point but all our speeds are with the 24-27 "limits"
OK, I'm with you on the Survivabilty rating for the ABV... it will be a bit fragile if confrounted with a real threat but FC, RF, Stab ratings for what ???...... a single defensive MG ??
How EXACTLY is that weapon "stabilized" ? WHY would it have FC & RF ??
