Ack! I misread that. Sorry. I thought he was asking if they would go off while esiting, not saying they do go off while exiting. I have never seen that either.

I'm pretty sure I've seen it happen once. one of the first PBW games I did. I attacked a planet and killed it, not hitting the minefield, then I move off the planet and got smacked by a few mines.

Pretty sure that is how it went down.
