Don't know what I was thinking sending those SCs to province 28 except that I didn't have enough forces left to to defend against a second storm attempt and I really didn't want to lose that province. Still, based on the scouting report I should have teleported in a tart to cast rain of stones. Oh well, enjoy the enslaved tarts you just acquired.
In a happier bit of news, C'tis has broken the siege of its capitol, led by its wish empowered, GoH boosted, immortal lich pretender. A wise use of gems? Probably not. But quite fun!
