It's not clear to me which files you mean; the .gam files for every turn; or the .gam , combat replay ( .cmb ), stats, and events files (.txt ) for a single turn? Or are you the host, and need .plr and/or .emp files?
You can post an Admin Request on PBW for whichever files you need. Mention the name of the game, your empire, and the turn number(s), if applicable.
I personally only archive the Last two .zip files for PBW games I'm playing, or the Last four if I'm the game owner.
