You can expect that in next years mod-launcher

Nah, I've decided to do it now.

Minor change in this Version is that it now shows the Version of SE4 rather than N/A

Provided the format of the History.txt doesn't change (i.e. 3 lines then "Version x.xx")
this will work just fine
