Re: Veteran Dom3/2 player returning; Veterans-only MP about to launch, has few open s
To ssj: Ooops, looks like you have posted a message while I was typing mine. Didn't mean to ingnore you, my appologies.
Right now we are one player above the target number (10) so at this moment we are not accepting additional players. Sorry.
To Aethur: Heh. "Et tu, Brute?..."
All right, that settles that. The "Song of Ice and Fire" will be played in MA. Ashdod nation will be banned. 3 banned spells - AN, AC, Forge. For the rest of the settings check out my previous post.
You guys can start selecting nations and throwing them in my virtual hat. Meanwhile we still need to decide on the map. Suggestions?

Re: Veteran Dom3/2 player returning; Veterans-only MP about to launch, has few open s
Regarding the map, have you seen the "Map and Mod Browser" feature at llamaserver.net? I'm afraid most of the maps are a bit disorganised, since they're just in the order they were uploaded, but it's quite an extensive listing. Note that all the maps have previews which appear to the right, but they can take a while to appear. I would browse it myself now to suggest some, but I'm actually at work.
As someone else commented, you can edit the first post in the thread to keep track of game settings etc. However, perhaps we should migrate to the other forum so that Frozen Lama can post?
I'd like to add T'ien Ch'i to the hat.

What would be better as a map for a "Song of Fire and Ice" game than Westeros? I still hope that somebody takes the images that I stitched together, adds a few borders with a graphics program, and creates a new map for Dominions 3 out of it. Wouldn't this be perfect? I'm too graphically inept to do it myself.

The forges of Ulm should ring out in this contest. Let man and beast test their strength against the legendary black steel.

Oh, I see Ashdod is banned. Pythium then.
