Perm Sub needed for LA Tien Chi in Perpetuality

Perm sub still needed for LA TC in perpetuality, should be interesting in the next few turns. Outlook took a bright turn lately. Involved in 2 wars, pretty much unhurt as of yet but that may change in the next few turns

This would be a good chance to run the war how you want! Good resources to play with, and still plenty of tricks up the sleeve.
