Which is the fastest race to surrender?

Actually has anyone found a race to be difficult in getting to surrender. Thanks.

I know about your race and its 5000% chance to surrender.

Nice touch. I'm thinking that most races should get that amount.

It has a flag too:
Will Accept From Friend Demand your surrender := False
Will Accept From Enemy Demand your surrender := False

That would make them no surrender race no matter what (if that flag is working).
Also they don't accept any treaty above trade alliance and you will be lucky to get even that. Xenophobes, if you can't live with them, then shoot them.

Yeah, I've noticed that as well. I'm going to be posting a revision of the races ai files, I would appreciate it if you took a look at it and told me what you thought. Thanks.
