Default Editting Files

Hey all,

I am trying to correct the erratic behavior of the AI by fiddling with their anger and politics files. My hope is that I can make them less likely to declare war for no reason. I still want to have warfare, but I am getting tired of the erratic diplomacy.

Think it will work?

Anyways, I mostly need to know where I can change the needed values for the AI to accept a given treaty. Maybe I missed it somewhere...anyone know?

Thanks!

I'm changing all these files as I speak. They will be out tomorrow at the latest. And yes my changes will solve the erratic dimplomacy. If you have any questions let me know.

Sounds good...I don't see why it is so hard to balance out the AIs. I did a little editting myself and it didn't really seem to change anything. Good luck!

Be aware that 'erractic behavior' may be the result of another player sending false msgs to other players, in your name, stating you are declaring war on them....
