Who pissed in Trotter\'s coffee?
Trotter has a full article on getting started in wargaming in this month's PC Gamer. I read the entire thing, and to my surprise, not a single mention of Shrapnel Games. They didn't even list the web site in their little sidebar of web sites.
I know there has been a lot of controversy going on with Matrix Games and who owns who, but for crying out loud, PC Gamer is a printed magazine that is supposed to cover everything.
So my question is, did somebody at Shrapnel Games do something to piss off Trotter or PC Gamer?

Re: Who pissed in Trotter\'s coffee?
I noticed the same thing Todd, and I am not the least bit pleased by it. Of course I don't have to deal with reviewers anymore (and that makes me happy) .
At the very least we should have been mentioned in the links section, it's incredibly insulting.

Shrapnel will be ignored until 82nd Airborne is released.
"PC Gamer" is only PC games. Lock and Load doesn't count.
And yes I am a great fan of Matrix. But if somebody else makes a great game I will support it.

Re: Who pissed in Trotter\'s coffee?
That's funny we get all sorts of wargaming articles all the time Joe . Yeah we're getting ignored.
Seriously we will get the game out, specifically so you will be happy .
And I am just kidding with you.

Dunno, when he reviewed SE4 Gold, I think he said something like "... miracle workers at Shrapnel Games..." I believe. Could be misquoting. PC Gamer is a pretty good magazine IMO.

Re: Who pissed in Trotter\'s coffee?
Isn't Matrix Games just limited to computer games unlike shrapnel which is becoming a much mroe diverse company?

Heres Trotter talking about Shrapnel. Not too shabby.
