I don't know how many of you follow whats going on in politics these days but I do hope that some of you know something about S 256. LINK

This Bill is just plain bad. It favors the Credit Card industry so much so that it might as well be called the Credit Card Protection Act. Please contact your States Senators and Representatives and tell them to fight this bill to the last. It is that bad.

Please fight against the passing of the bankruptcy bill (S. 256). This bill is just bad politics at its worst. This bill favors credit card companies and weakens the debt relief that lower income families have at their disposal. Credit card companies already enjoy far more benefits than either you or I when it comes to the law. The crimes that Credit Card companies are able to get away with each day are appalling and need to be stopped. By acting against S. 256, you will be sending a message that enough is enough. We need strong laws yes, laws the protect people from the predatory nature and illegal activities of credit card companies. Its time to make a stand and do what is right. Say no to the Credit Card industry and the anti protection laws they are trying to force down the collective American throat.
