No problems here. Of course it showed up the same day as my new uber laptop!

Just got mine today and it installed without a hitch.

Got the CD today and it installed fine. Had a bit of a scare still though, for it crashed on start with page fault errors. I isolated the problem to the running of the intro/splash screen. I turn it off and it runs fine. My main game PC is rather old and picky so it's problematic at times. I also installed it on my wife's 3ghz Shuttle PC and it worked fine with the splash turned on.

Thanks for the quick turn around getting a new CD out to me.
