Your possible problems with integer overload usualy comes from an error on either one of this files:
Main_Enemies.txt
Main_ComponentConfigurationSlotsEnemy.txt
Main_ComponentConfigurationSlotsPlayer.txt
Main_PurchaseShipsPlayer.txt
Main_PurchaseShipsEnemy.txt
Main_Components.txt
SpaceObjects_XFiles.txt
