Default Anyone still designing?

Anyone out there still designing scenarios or campaigns for WinSPWW2?

I am currently recreating the SL/ASL mapboards to WinSP for use in scenario design. I am also converting a few scenarios to WinSPWW2 just for fun.

Here are boards 3, 4 and 5 as a sample. One thing is I'll have to do each of them in 2 views (N-S and S-N) since you cannot rotate them in the WinSP map Editor. This will be the only way to simulate rotating the boards.

The buildings and fields are only placeholders so that designer's can customize them during use. For example you can edit out the existing tilled fields or change them to green or wheat crops or edit them out and replace with open terrain, etc. Because of the way WinSP uses hedgerows in the middle of the hex itself you cannot really simulate walls and hedges from the ASL maps.

..

They should be good for small unit actions (about Company sized). Units that benefit from large open spaces will definitely be at a disadvantage with these maps.

They are not available yet. Once they are completed I'll probably post them for download here and at GameSquad.

Default ASL Conversion Maps

Soon I will be attaching some small maps created using these templates. You will see some terrain similar to that used in the maps thrown in to fill out the remaining space along the map edges. This is because ASL Maps are 10x36 so this means they won't normally fill standard WinSP maps dimensions of 10's. It also allows for some extra maneuver room if needed.

They should work in both WinSPWW2 and WinSPMBT.

Here is a small winterized map (boards #04-#03) that will be used to convert SL Scenario #07 (Buchholz Station) to WinSPWW2. This scenario is not yet in playtesting. Any volunteers?
