Social Bookmarks Option

We have created a plugin to allow whether the Social Bookmark bar is viewed on thread view. It can be be toggled off in the User CP. So if you don't use Social Bookmarks, you can now turn off the box for your viewing. This option will still be set to yes by default.

User CP-->Edit Options-->Thread Viewing-->Enable Social Bookmarks
