Re: Chronicles_EA: Second-pass Signup and Discussion
I apologize, I'm under heavy fire - ops, under a heavy exams session. I'll have some problems in the first part submitting the stories. I'll compensate later eventually

Well we're one hour away from the deadline and at 14 out of 15 players, including enigmatic Yomi. Goin down the pub for a few hours I'll start the game when I get back.

Re: Chronicles_EA: Second-pass Signup and Discussion
Weeeell... Really should start now. But I'm gonna sleep on it, give whoever hasn't signed up a couple more hours. I got a response from two of four people. And Yomi remains as mysterious as ever. Should I delete the pretender of Yomi or what? I don't want to inadvertantly kick out someone whos been following the game since the start but had a busy week and wasn't able to check the forums.. At the same time even one nation who had to go AI could kinda ruin the diplomatic scene.

Excellent story! Now if only Yomi will post something, too, we may know who it is!

Re: Chronicles_EA: Second-pass Signup and Discussion
Well, I'm going to wait one more night to see if our last person joins. Starting the game at roughly 15.00 GMT Wednesday afternoon. I'm going to leave Yomi in unless I hear otherwise or unless people want me to drop them. If nothing else happens then we'll have 14 out of 15 which isn't so bad.

Re: Chronicles_EA: Second-pass Signup and Discussion
I'd suggest against letting Yomi in if we don't come to know who he is - probably someone who sent the pretender to the wrong game, imho. Having to put a nation AI so early could really favour its neighbours.

Re: Chronicles_EA: Second-pass Signup and Discussion
While I'd like to see how someone would try to make it work, a possibility of having it as AI is depressing. And if somebody will take part, but not provide stories, it could be a bad example in this kind of game.
Ruminant, did you try to reach him via llamaserver -> e-mail he sent his Pretender from?
And - Tifone, were you able to find your prologue?

Nope, I'll have to rewrite it as soon as I can - your suggestions were precious but I use to make the browser automatically kill all the history files - you know, Moulder says the government (with the aid of the aliens ) spies me...

Re: Chronicles_EA: Second-pass Signup and Discussion
Well, I'd say more power to them - and they may catch this incurable condition, too... Back in 1990s we used to have long RPG-oriented talks with some friends on phones which were almost (meaning we had no independent proof, but) certainly bugged. I feel very sorry for guys who had to listen through all of it.
