Re: need a bit help...
WinSPMBT "standards" a map hex is 50m. Maps can be I believe a max of 200 hexes. So if the villages are within 10km of each other no problem.
The other thing you can do if they're not is just compress things a bit.
When you make your map do it as if each hex was 100m rather then 50m.

Re: need a bit help...
1Km = 20 hexes approx so 5km = 100 hexes look at where that would position them on the map.
You could adjust slightly if you download paint.net & these plugins lets you draw hexes of the size you want on the picture as an aid for map making in camo games.
Thanks to Cross for discovering the plugins.

No real need to.
Most of the maps in the game are much smaller (80 x 100) you that area will fit just fine.
And no, you can't make 1 hex=25m. All the speeds, weapon ranges, etc. are based on 50m.

Re: need a bit help...
Not really a roads a road, some people run 2 beside each other certainly if they split from running beside eac other its justified & if you assume road runs down the middle of the hex thats about a 60-70m wide highway so 3 lanes shoulder & a gap.
When you do buildings you will find you have to approximate to get the feel due to scale, urban always takes a bit of thought at least for me.

Re: need a bit help...
well, the map is finished, but i have a little problem... the Map TEXT is not showing where he should. For example, i write on the Church "Church", but then, on the Cemetery it says "Church"... When i change one, the other changes also... why?

Re: need a bit help...
No idea try clearing them both, if that does not work clear all map strings using # & write again.
