Create Maps

So, is there anyway to create your own maps? That would be really fun. I remember doing it for advanced war, Heroes of Might and Magic, Age of Wonders, and Dominions. Map creation would seem to be a lot of fun. Also, maybe the option to expand the map size. I realize you've got this request already, but I'd like to stress that I'm not looking for a 100x100 maps, but maybe 12x12 would be an interesting challenge. I guess certain nations would benefit from larger maps more than other though (I'm thinking the egyptions)

Right now, the only way to create your own maps is to modify the existing map files. There is no way to expand map size. That's something we are considering as a future addition. If you get bored of the historical maps and random maps (if it's possible to get bored of those), the Custom Mode does have a bunch of additional custom maps to choose from.

No, I'm not bored of the game, I still have 3 campaigns to beat, but it would be fun to create a map, or a series of maps, creating a custom campaign. The game is a lot of fun.
