Have to answer my own question...

The files I saved were on Mozy. Inspection shows no difference between what they hold and what a fresh download gives me. However, using a mod fresh off the forum shows on my list, using one recovered from Mozy dosn't.

At this point, I've pulled down the half-dozen or so I really loved (especially that Yamato one!).
