.....just remember, small moves until you understand how it works then move the last unit in the formation first unless you are rallying units to the leader in which case move that one hex back and the others will move toward him..... BUT, every circumstance is different so experiment. It's not something I use every move or even every game but once in awhile it's handy.

We use it to set maximum firing distances for the whole platoon, doesn't work for the whole company though.
