So I've lost my Gamers Front account details...
... and I have not updated my email information since the release of Dom3, so I can't use the automated recovery system...
Does anyone know of a way to contact support that doesn't require me to log in (which I cannot do)?
Thanks,
Louist

Re: So I've lost my Gamers Front account details...
Hi, exactly the same situation applies to me as well. I can log in to the discussion forums but not customer support. because my former e-mail address is no longer valid I cannot contact customer support. I purchased extended download versions of WinSPWW2 and WinSPMBT on the 9th March and 5th April last year. Can you please retrieve my Shrapnel login details. Please do not tell me to contact customer support as there is no way I can log in to do this.
Regards, Warwick

Ok, after a trawl through my old archives have found the details, so please disregard in my case, sorry for any inconvenience caused.
However it might be handy to have a system in place to handle such instances.

Warwick:
Glad you got things working. Anyone having these problems can just create another account to get to customer service. CS will then get you your original info and just cancel the newly created account. Sorry for the troubles.

Ok..
Have to use a different email account as using your original one just puts you in an infinite loop..
will give that a try
Thanks
