Re: War of Dominion - Early Ages: Noobie Game (OPE
You know, I now believe Ano did not think it was abuse. I overreacted, because I thought it was deliberate, but after reading threads, it is clear that this is considered abuse since not long, so Ano just did not know of change.
Still, bad taste from this whole thing.

Come on! lets calm down and try to have fun, after all that is why we are in a noobie game, there are things we might not know, Ano just made a mistake an Nikolai just pointed out other things that could be done, end of the story. I have learned a couple of things I didnt know before this problem so i am happy with it :-)

Actually I've done my turn already. Things went better than I expected.

My turn got reset, dunno why. Dominions must be buggy. I'll take it ASAP. However, I don't have time to right now.

I cannot connect again... It's the damn "Getting game info" for ever. Tonight I'll try 50 times in row.

This is a problem that has popped up before in several network games.
You can try playing windowed instead of full screen. Start the game and connect, and get stuck on "Getting game info".
Do not close the window!
Start another instance of the game in a new window. This new instance of the game should connect okay.

Re: War of Dominion - Early Ages: Noobie Game (OPE
This worked, thanks!
It seems to be computer related. I always get it from my own, but when I take my turn from nephew house, it always works. Could it be from different keys for some player?

Some C'tis chariot merchants seem to have gotten lost and found their way into my land. I'm sorry to say that I already have chariots of my own and am not interested in buying...I suggest you try to sell your chariots to someone else.

Re: War of Dominion - Early Ages: Noobie Game (OPE
Oh, mr. Archoscephale, sorry about that. You're going to laugh when you hear my excuse. Well, one of my Shamans took a heavy blow to the head during a battle with Yomi. He lost the ability to cast spells so I told him to take a few chariots and attack something. His feeblemind couldn't tell the difference between a black flag and a blue flag.
I hope you die at the hands of Niefelheim's giants! As soon as I'm done with Yomi, I'm coming for you.
In other news, Atlantis is quite the splinter in my side. He keeps going in and out of the sea, too afraid of my great forces to stay on land for tool long.
