I moved my army at turn 21. Just because some different understandings about the NAP-end steps.
However, you lost nothing but 1 empty province. I think it's ok.
In fact, many people use the steps when they cancel NAP with me:
Turn 1: Announce end of treaty
Turn 2: Wait
Turn 3: Attack
