You dare bid against the voice of the Bloody God? You invite the wrath of Inferno you fool. All men make mistakes however. Our bid is raised to 25 astral pearls and know well that any further bids will not be so easily forgiven.

The auction is closed! Baalz/Mictlan made the highest bid with 25 astral pearls. A Brazen vessel will arrive in your lab this month. Please send 25 astral pearls to Marverni ASAP. Congratulations.

Marverni.

Re: Auction, please enter your bids...
This "moving without attacking" Vanheim thing is driving me up the damn wall. Is there any way I can set it so they just naturally move and THEN I can set them to sneak if I want to?

Nix, of course, CTRL+leftclick or use the "Move" order manually after you have set them to sneaking into an enemy province, by clicking on the commander's orders.

I know I can change it afterwards, but I keep forgetting that a regular click just makes them sneak around like the sneaky bastards they are.

I remember playing Man in another game and I had the same problem, I then got illusionists and they where exactly the same.
The only solution I found was a double check of my orders using F1, just look for sneak, then double check you actually want them to be sneaky.

Re: Auction, please enter your bids...
I learned to play C'tis for this game. They are real fun, but it's ashame I couldn't last longer. I was looking forward to their middle/late game. Starting next to Helheim rushing me, and Mictlan with no where to grow to except through my lands is no good. I'm gonna hold on a couple more turns hopefully, but the lizard men are soon to be done for.

Sneaking
Put a non-stealth troop in with each commander and they will un-sneakify them. This is even better with glamour since the enemy STILL can't see your troops, as opposed to normal sneaking guys.
Sorry BigD, you got a rough start. Nice crushing of my first attack though, I must say that I was unpleasantly surprised by that (and the battle report from when I lost that merc company scared the heck out of me).

Re: Sneaking
Yeah I was pleased with what I got done. I coulda done a couple things different I suppose, but I don't think much of anything could withstand the starting position I got.

Re: Sneaking
Why don't you all just get used to ALWAYS use CTRL+leftclick for movement orders and only release the CTRL key when you really want to move stealthy units, like scouts?
