Today the problem appears to be on the DNS side.
PBW can be accessed via the direct IP address Geo gave a few posts ago.

Interestingly enough, I can ping PBW, but can't access it in a browser. Did someone shut down the webserver component by mistake?

I did a tracert with no luck. I thought about a ping but decided if a tracert didn't work neither would a ping. hmm.

The server was down for a good part of the day yesterday, but was back up sometime last evening. (I forget when I found it was back.)
