Ha! Rumbled, there's only one thing any right minded person can do when uncovering a conspiracy: Blackmail a decent position in the new world goverment under threat of going public.

The agents burst into El Phil's house only to discover that he isn't there. Meanwhile in a different country altogether El Phil sits back and laughs.

Several square miles of real estate are free again.
