Re: Does anyone care about globals?
I think I may have accidentally uploaded my turn from my 3.08 version. I was just going to re-upload but it looks like it may be too late...

Yes, I do think it was you quantum_mechani. But we'll forgive you anyhow.
The good news is that the server is back up. The bad news is that I saw some weirdness that disturbed me, so I deleted all the .2h files. This means that everyone needs to re-upload. Sorry about that!

Re: Does anyone care about globals?
GameExtrememist, I just wanted to clarify, we can begin naval exercises in your waters starting on turn 43 correct? Meaning we can give the orders on turn 42? Some people interpret these NAPS different ways and I don't want to attack a turn too soon.

Re: Does anyone care about globals?
So Helheim got Gift of Nature's Bounty up this turn. Now I haven't had a single bit of contact with him all game, but I'm pretty sure that's bad. So who wants to dispel it or start a collection to take it down?

Re: Does anyone care about globals?
I sympathise. I tried to started a similar discussion on Helheim's globals a while back, and there was some limited discussion, but it didn't seem to go very far.

Re: Does anyone care about globals?
Sorry, but I'm giving myself a 26hr extension. I just got back from work an hour ago, and I have no hope of getting my turn in tonight.

Re: Does anyone care about globals?
Sorry, but I've reset the server to 50hrs again. I just can't see how I'll be able to get to my turn before Sat morning.
I'm open to having my position replaced, if that'll help get this game rolling again.
