Re: Early Age Commentary
I was wondering about that as well but I put it down to a bug when I saw LA Arco and EA Lanka fight those many times.

Re: Early Age Commentary
Maybe the infernal prison is only temporary if in the arena. Sort of seems reasonable, perhaps.

Re: Early Age Commentary
Infernal prison is always temporary, but time might be whacky in the arena.
Hmm. Inferno is not death, so perhaps the commander ending up in inferno decides that he should go to the arena instead of sitting in an oven and being poked by devils. Then he is sent back by the demon lord (Mandaha), but he still dislikes the oven and the poking, so he comes back for some old fashioned fighting, but is once more sent down. Finally the Mandaha decides that the bugger is more annoying alive in inferno, than dead in the arena
Edit: some items makes you return from inferno quicker, but that is probably not the reason here. I'd say it is a bug more or less along the lines of my littel story.

Beginning of the Middle Age?
Wow, 99 forum pages
Anyway, just looking over the player list and found it interesting. (bugger, after previewing it takes out all the nicely spaced out bits . Aha, "code" works though!)
Code:
Age DefeatedAI Out Total %
EA 10 4 14 22 64%
MA 7 2 9 22 41%
LA 5 1 6 18 33%
Type DefeatedAI Out Total %
Water 1 0 1 7 14%
Land 20 6 26 51 51%
Amph 1 1 2 4 50%
Cultures fully subsumed:
Nation defeated/Total
Arcoscephale 3/3
Caelum 3/3
Marveni 1/1
Sauromatia 1/1
Sidhe 2/2
Helheim 1/1
Marignon 2/2
Cultures mostly subsumed:
Nation defeated/total
Abysia 2/3
Agartha 2/3
Monkey folk 2/4 (Either Lanka or Patala don't fit, shrug)
Giants 2/3
Ulm 2/3
Cultures flourishing (zero defeated)
C'Tis 0/3
Oceania 0/2
Pangaea 0/3
Ry'leh 0/3
Pythium 0/1
Man 0/2

Re: Beginning of the Middle Age?
All three R'lyehs are going strong? Yikes. Oh, where does Ermor fit?
Also, everyone was so quick to call the EA nations over the other eras. Yikes, what an upset.
