Re: Dragonfire11 pinch-hitting for the Dawg
So KroolDeath votes against, preferring to pause the game until the Return Of The Dawg. I'm fine either way. It would be nice to have everybody chime in -- I shouldn't use slang knowing there are non-native English speakers here -- everybody should comment.

Actually KroolDeath voted against Beorne subbing but it wasn't clear if he opposed dragonfire subbing as well.

I would rather play but it is fine with me if you decide to stop the game.
Any solution to keep going is a good one.

Under current conditions, I would rather Beorne not substitute for Pasha. I would rather seem the game suspended until his return, or an out of game replacement.

I didn't know you are near Ulm (not much money for lot of scouts actually), so I don't think my substitution is a good idea too!
Another issue: someone knows the cause of the connection problems????

Re: Dragonfire11 pinch-hitting for the Dawg
Its twelve days which is quite a bit of time, not only to wait to play again but to have someone taking over your nation. I wouldnt like my empire taken over for potentially 15-16 turns, even by someone I liked and trusted. However this is the one multi player game I have going so two weeks hurts quite a lot. Solution: Im going to join another newbie game. So my vote is wait.

I think we should continue with a sub. Is Dragonfire playing in this game - he is not listed on Mosehansen?

Re: Dragonfire11 pinch-hitting for the Dawg
Im ok with Dragonfire, I just don't like Beorne!
Just kidding you Beorne, you know the circumstances!
But really, if Dragonfire is not on his Last breath as it originally appeared, that might not be a good idea either.
Has no one offered to substitute that is not in-game? This is so strange!

Re: Dragonfire11 pinch-hitting for the Dawg
Dragonfire is playing as Melkor on the server. And Ermor's situation has improved from before. I no longer expect to be out of the game within a few turns. So that leaves us with a tough question. If I am not mistaken, we need to decide today. We can pause the game, I can cover, or someone else can cover. Can I make a suggestion? Can we have the game's host decide the matter? This will make the determination quick and final, but we should know in advance whether anyone would be totally unhappy with this proposed solution.

Dawg solution
Ah! Now I understand! Panther & Grim Knight have tought about a good solution to resolve the PashaDawg issue! I think that to 2 or 3 turns I will be free to substitute him for Ulm without any conflicting interests!
Small powers, be aware!
