Actually, as you know that last bits not true; I sent an email to you, you made a choice, and responded to my email.

I received this before I had any chance to respond to his post.
Do not call me a liar good sir.

But there is nothing not consonant with what I said.
"Without a rollback, I'm not interested ..." is a conditional. It means with a rollback I wanted to continue.
You then emailed me saying "sorry to see you go". Ie., I'm not rerunning the turn.
So you had opportunity to post to the forum or take any other action. Which is what I said.
But I've beat a dead horse = )

Re: Timewarp! - Game is live!
I have no idea about this game, but it is worth mentioning that rollbacks should generally be avoided except in extreme circumstances. I've written quite a long ramble about why on the LlamaServer - if you click on admin options for any game and select to do a rollback, you can see my essay. Despite its presence people frequently do rollbacks and frequently rather regret it.

I totally agree, after having seen the terrible results firsthand, and secondhand a few times now. :P
Though, I would argue that technically in this sort of situation it's not such a big issue, as I don't think anyone has initiated intra-player hostilities yet, we're just a few turns in. On the other hand, I also understand Slobby's stated position on the matter as well. Sometimes you're soft, sometimes you're hard, but most times someone will be dissatisfied either way you go, so you make the call and move on.....

Re: Timewarp! - Game is live!
Ok, I was actually about to take out Tien Chi's capital when wksdsl took over to sub for TC So instead of taking the poor guy out on his first turn Ive teamed up with him to show him the ropes in MP, I think this is his first MP game. He really wouldn't have had any chance any other way starting off with only one province (under siege at that) and 20 troops at this point in the game So I am giving him some of my Land to help him out too.
I might have been better off just taking his capital getting another fort and several more gems per turn but then he'd have just wasted his time agreeing to sub and all that.

Very noble of you. Maybe you could "lend" me a couple of provinces?

We have no quarrel with you, if it is you at my southern border. Either you or MA Ctis... I can't really tell.

Re: Timewarp! - Game is live!
If it is EA Ctis, then MA Ctis has a message offering a non-aggression pact in their mailbox. If it is instead EA Ctis on my southern border, I also extend that offer to you as well.
