Re: The Early Days. Game running.
Ouch. See this is why I didn't think you'd give up so easily.

Re: The Early Days. Game running.
Ah, the clever Ulmish battle tactic of fatiguing themselves out with flying shards and then casting stoneskin followed by ironskin is finally working.
What's a scale bug btw.?

Re: The Early Days. Game running.
The scale bug is rather rare. When it happens, usually in your cap, your scales are not accurately reflected in the prov. For instance, in this game, where I am Nief with cold 3, I have no cold in my cap, though my dom there is very high. In fact, I have not had any cold there all game, even though all my other provs with Dom have cold now, ranging from 1-2.
The bug can affect any scale, not just temp.

I'll be honest, 500 gp of pd is not what I expected.

Re: The Early Days. Game running.
I have a scale bug in another game. I should have misfortune 1. But instead I have misfortune 3. Which will probably doom me.

Re: The Early Days. Game running.
Your misfortune 3 is probably due to a Baleful Star that you got as a result of your misfortune 1.

Re: The Early Days. Game running.
Dagnabbit, 2500 gold worth of experienced Jarls sent to Valhalla, and all I got was one pretender god's eyeball. Not a good trade, methinks. But, at least, 14 mages patrolling is 14 mages that are not researching or site searching.
Those guys are just too brave. I think I need to lower their morale rather than boost it. They need to know when it's time to run.

Re: The Early Days. Game running.
Pretty disgusting how useless those mages are for killing niefel jarls, though. This has been a pretty awful war for both sides. If only I had a decent water income.
If anyone has any water gems or burning pearls for trade, you know where to find me.

500?
You know I had 5000gp at the start of the turn and could only spend 1000...
But then if you just had another king you might have won...
